Finally got a call back for my 2nd interview. It was crazy! First I received a rejection letter last week and appealed immediately bc it said my credit score was too low. I follow this thread and I know that the requirements are 550 so I called the company that pulled my credit to see if they reported it back incorrectly. She verified that they reported my FICO score to Prestige correctly, 700. So I appealed and they pulled my file to double check and I am back in the race. Thank God!!!

Phewwww! That was close! Take in all the paperwork they ask for. Once they have all that they will send it off to the city for approval. One agency is faster than the other one with their verification. Once you have all that the wait is short. They move fast with the apartment viewing, and when you view apartment you know it's yours already. They would have already assign an apartment to you when you go view.

If you recently filed your 2015 return you should take a copy of it with you; they will ask you it.
