Hello all,

Recently I have been looking into Carol apartments in Hackensack NJ. Does anyone have any feedback about the community? I heard that they have A LOT of rules, I just want to make sure that they are reasonable.

Thank you!!

Preeti22 : The high rise buildings along prospect avenue in Hackensack are good. There is also Summit Gardens which has a nice Indian community. The only painful part with Hackensack is the commute to the city. If your commute is by bus, always factor in extra time while going to the city as there can be lot of traffic even on the XBL (express bus lane). The commute by train is much better... but there are no good apartments with in walking distance to the train station.

I have been living in Hackensack for over a year. If you take out the commute, it is an excellent area. Lot of shopping, pleasant people, diversified population.
