What are the average costs of utility bills in Jersey..South Jersey..or whatever and how do they come..are they monthly or quarterly or both but what would the total be?

Electric, water, sewer, gas, oil, is central air in the electric bill? can someone break this down for me?

Peace.

That would depend on whether you live in a 2500 square foot house, with gass heat or a 1000 square foot apartment where you only pay for the electricity and gas for the stove....An unanswerable question without more information.
