Union County is full of weirdos and is way more congested than Essex County. I cannot stand the eyesore known as Union Township. I HATE THAT TOWN. Springfield is okay, going towards Route 22 and that's about it. Summit sucks. Mountainside seems like a cool ideal town for me. Essex County for the most part craps all over Union County. I'm still moving out of Jersey though.

Well, Essex is my county, so I appreciate your words, but Union has nicer urban areas. Cranford is also a fantastic town.

With a name like "angerinthenation", I guess he/she won't be happy in another state either.

Wink Didn't you leave yet?

I think this entire thread is based soley on the fact that you just can't find a decent strip bar in NJ. I mean, yo, yo, its like, like, like, fer real, you know, where dem gurls act all like, you know, stuck up and all dat. And the girls in the clubs here, they think they're all that, and I'm like, you know, keepin it real.

repeat donotfeedthetroll, donotfeedthetroll

I'm hating myself for responding to this nonsensical thread, but ... actually Union County and Essex County are very similar. Both are quite small in size, geographically, for a county. Both have urbanish areas as well as extremely affluent suburbs, and everything in between. Both have similar commuting options to NYC, and both are about equidistant to the city.

I cannot, however, make a qualified comment on the ratio of weirdos to non-weirdos, as the OP attempted to do. The reason being, there is no real data to support that, lol

The OP really needs to venture out of NJ to see how weird individuals are in other places, relative to NJ. New Jersey, generally speaking, is one of the most conventional places to live in, in this country, in the sense that people get up to work each morning, commute x amount of miles, while sending their 2.6 children to school in their Subarus. You want strange, try driving through a place like Taos County New Mexico, or a rural area in Northern California.
