Tribeca doesn't have the most expensive individual buildings (which would be any building on the park on Fifth Ave between the 60s and 80s, CPW, and a few specific buildings in midtown), but according to the Times it's the most expensive neighborhood/zipcode overall with the highest average price per square foot. No doubt driven at least partially by the relatively large number of new high-end buildings and loft conversions.
Hi, Did you ever take that job in parsippany and if so, do you commute from Manhattan? I just got an email about a great job in parsippany for an $8B company making $150k per year and not sure if I should apply since I live in Manhattan. I can't imagine an 1 hour long commute each day since my commute to wall street is only 10 mins. now.
