Trying to locate an old classmate from E. Orange (East Orange: college, price)

I am trying to locate an old friend of mine from college. Many of his friends have tried to find him and have not had much success. The last I heard he was retired from the position of Fire Chief of East Orange. If anyone on this forum can help me, please send me a message.

I'm not positive if he was the chief for East Orange or West Orange... but the chief for one of those towns just passed away.... very sad! Apparently he had a hernia... went in for surgery.. they punctured his intestine.... he went into a comma and never came out. What's the last name of the person you are looking for?

Sorry..just saw the "retired".. I believe this guy was still active.

UPDATE: I just found this article... the guy I'm talking about was the chief for "Orange" not west or east.
