need help bought home 3 years ago ,,, last month fema re drew map and my lender said i was in a flood zone... i secured insurance and during the process found that the house i bought was in a flood zone before the mps were redrawn i had no disclosure of this .although at closing they provided me a document to sign saying i was not in the flood area. never would have bought a home in flood zone .what to do?
