You are lucky to be within close proximity to three of the nation's top clinics and you should not go anywhere else! There are a lot of whackos representing themselves off as fertility docs when they are just plain old ob gyns... The bes of the best are:
St. Barnabas in Livingston
RMA in Morristown (founded by a bunch of ex St Barnabas and now well known to be one of the nation's top clinics)
Cornell Weill in NYC
There is a fantastic message board just like this one for IVF and IF problems where you can get an education in a day.... IVF Connections. Check it out and PM me if you have any questions. I had my twins via IVF in 2003 but I cycled in Seattle. However, through IVFC I learned how great the clinics were in the northeast and I had an appt. at St. Barnabas scheduled when I got pregnant with my twins. You cannot imagine the number of people who FLY here just to go to these great clinics. They are not only thorough---but they are cost efficient too. As expensive as it may seem, I know a lot of people who have wasted money and precious years because they never got a solid diagnosis.
Dr. Aldo Khovry (sounds like cory) in wayne nj--57 willowbrook blvd 973-754-4000
he is a perinatologist---and he works miracles.
A perinatologist specializes in high risk pregnancies----and that is a great person to have on your team especially after you get pregnant-especially if you are pregnant with multiples or have any immune issues that would keep you from staying pregnant. Start with a board certified reproductive endocrinologist first--the type you find in leading clinics listed above.

Caroline
same as what I mentioned, Reproductive Medical Associates in Morristown
Even though that crazy husband chopping nurse, Melanie McGuire worked there...sad as she was reputed to an excellent fertility nurse, read people actually called her the 'baby whisperer"
