About a year ago Toms River set about to have every home revalued. My home was visited and some people came in and measured and looked around. I understand this whole process takes time and I was told we should know whats going to happen in about a year from now. I know my home is assessed way below (About 1/3) of current market value.

Has anyone been through a revaluation? What were the results?
