Im a GM for an existing warehouse in Livingston, there is no limitation on our operation. We work two full shifts from 6am to 10pm. Our truck deliveries usually happen between 7am-11am. FedEx pickup at 6:30pm.

By the way, what do you consider large for a warehouse? Is it 500,000 square feet or 50,000?

280,000 sq of warehouse with 54 loading docks and 56 trailers parking space. What is the size your warehouse? Were there any environmental studies, including air pollution, done at your site? If so, any published data?

This is a new development that is entirely surrounded by a school and large businesses. It's not the area past the mall which is fully residential or the area in FP on the other side of the Passaic which is mostly residential outside of Vreeland Rd.
