Hi,
I am interested in townhouses/condos in North Brunswick. My morning commute takes me to Middlesex Boro. Any ideas about how much traffic I will encounter? Mapquest says I need to take rt 1 to 18 which becomes hoes lane. Though obviously I am not in the same area, the very idea of rt 18 and rt 1 conjures up images of the traffic by menlo mall and also 18 in east brunswick.

Do you think the few miles I will be on these roads will up my commute time beyond the half hour estimate that mapquest provides?

If so, any suggestions of other condos or townhouses in neighboring townships? (Not interested in piscataway, middlesex, somerset, bridgewater, or the plainfields)

I appreciate any help or suggestions. Thanks.

Coco30,

I can't answer about the traffic, sorry. I was wondering how you liked it in Brunswick. I am moving out there from California and I need to find a place. I know nothing about GA and need a safe place that is close to work. I have two good sized dogs that I need to find a pet setter for as well. Any ideas?

Thank you for your time.

Right now with construction Route 18 and 1 are a mess. I can't attest for your commute out of New Brunwick as TS commutes to New Brunswick from Essex County every day. Once the road construction disapates; I imagine it will be much better!
