Does anyone know of local banks offering good discount rates for first time home buyers for a 30 year conventional fix mortgage. I saw a local bank offer residence of somerset a rate of 3%. Since i am buying a condo in Morristown these rates do not apply to me because i am in Morris County.
Does anyone know of banks in offering something close or similar for rates?
