Poor Management; Melissa the manager is not competent enough for the position. Calling the cops on tenants, and threatening to invict them when tenants voice out their complaints. Poor maintenance. I lived out there for seven years, with no maintenance. When I asked Melissa to do some maintenance in my unit, she said, "they don't do maintenance or renovation in their apartment for 30 years". I was completely stunned by that. Please I'll advise you not to move out there. It will be the worst decision you will ever make in your life. Preferential treatment to tenants and no respect for tenants. She's so unprofessional. ErMurphy, no disrespect but you are not saying the truth. It probably Melissa writing this; there's no washer or dryers in all the units. Stop giving people the wrong information. POOR MANAGEMENT and MAINTENANCE. Even the maintenace guys are saying bad things about the management, especially Melissa. Like I previously mentioned, moving out there will be the worst mistake of your life. Trust me, I've lived out there and just left a month ago.
