Streets are Hancock and Barnhardt.

We are very new to the area and are struggling with where to live. Job is in Jersey City so the Rahway location is doable. These town homes seem too good to be true. Apparently they were built in 2006 but the developer ran out of money so 15 - 30 remained unfinished until a new developer bought them recently. They are priced in the low 300's...

Basically I'm asking if I'm missing something. I understand Rahway isn't as nice a town as other N Jersey areas but we are not worried about schools right now and will be getting a security system. The townhouse community looks nice even if the area outside isn't all that pretty.

I know these townhomes well. I have actually sold some of these units. The owners love them, and the renters also feel safe there. (I can have you talk to some of my clients there). Also, the maintenance is impeccable, just drive down and see how well it is shoveled and plowed.

Rahway isn't as bad either ! I wanted to flip my home when I originally bought but now we're staying! Rahway has a 5-star restaurant Luciano's ... Cubanos and Patria are very nice also. When my friends from NY visit they always say this is a nice quiet town.
