I've lived on and off in NJ for over 50 years and let me tell you, for the first time ever, I am scared when I go into certain cities. The whole carjacking thing has me on edge--too many robberies and carjackings in my town for comfort. I had to go to Newark recently with my newish SUV and was on pins and needles the whole time.

Damn sad.
