Does anyone have any input to this rental community in somerset? The name doesn't lend to a productive search on this forum. Its on the high end of rentals but does included a lot of amenities and doesn't nickel and dime you like Avalon somerset does. The Ave also has a lot of short term business rentals so the amenities make sense.

pros and cons anyone?
