DO NOT USE CRYSTAL CLEAN and do not use the living social deal they will rip you off. I watch the guys do NOTHING. they vaccummed closed vents and never removed the vent covers. They will add on all sorts of "additional fees" PLEASE be careful and ask them what they do specifically and what all the additional fees may be. Good luck.

Yeah -- I was about to do the Living Social deal for Papa Ducts, but it seemed way too good to be true.

I'd rather pay more for a legitimate company than get "90% off" a scam.

Our condo development periodically requires eveyone to have chimney & dryer vent inspection & cleaning. I called several companies & this one was the best price & their service was excellent. They're in Mercer County, but perhpas service Middlesex County.

It was horrible. The only way I knew something was going on was b/c I had a nanny cam. DH was there but he was working and didn't care what happened. They told him he had an extra vent that went outside and charged him an extra 100 bucks. Then we did the dryer vent for an additional $35. They were supposed to pull out the dryer and go to the back... they didn't. Then when I called back to complain they said that bc I had flex vent they couldn't put their equipment through like they normally did. I said, your tech NEVER took off the vent covers anywhere - AND my intake vent was STILL completely untouched. They refunded my money once I said, I HAVE VIDEO.

Isnt duct cleaning actually discouraged? Especially if you are in an older home, all you are going to due is spread the X amount of years worth of dust and crap throughout your home.

I did a lot a research and went with Sears. They have a good reputation and use the preferred method of cleaning.
