I don't know, but I do know Suze Orman has information about them on her site.

Generally speaking, free legal/financial advice is worth exactly what you paid for that advice.
If the OP wants to do things in the best possible way, with the fewest potential problems in the long term, he/she should seek the advice of an attorney who specializes in financial/estate planning affairs.

I agree, but want to clarify I never recommended anyone do it themselves. Suze Orman does say to do it through a lawyer, but she has information on the site about what to expect costs to be, what decisions should be made first, etc. which IMO would be good to know prior to seeing the attorney.

Thanks as hubbie and I were discussing the same thing and of course we would go to a lawyer but this site may enlighten me a bit on this

Living Trust - Preparing a Living Trust | LegalZoom.com

I am in the process of preparing a living trust for us - and I will be doing it myself (I was a paralegal). However, when I have it the way I want it, I will take it to an attorney in our new state for review.

Absolutely research it online, then contact a lawyer who specializes in estate planning.
