If you are looking for a condo or townhouse, I think you may have a problem finding something in Hopewell (or Pennington to a lessor degree). They are going to be mostly single family houses. And not a ton of rentals.

Thanks for the insights. Yes, as I am beginning my MLS searches, I can begin to understand where I might find townhomes and condos. Appreciate your pointing this out to me. Thanks again!

In the Princeton area there are lots of townhomes and condos in South Brunswick, West Windsor and Plainsboro. Also one development (the Jefferson) in Ewing that might fit your requirements.
