Morris Township Schools (childcare, activities, teachers)

Does anyone know anything about the Morris Township's afterschool program? We recently moved to Morris Township and both work. I have called and no one could really explain how the sunrise / sunset program works and which days it operates. I got the calendar for the 2012-13 school year and there are a ton of holidays, half-days, etc. and no one could really tell me if the childcare program is available.

We both work and would like know if anyone has ever used the program and/or has any information in regards to it. Or, any alternatives (child programs) anyone is familiar with.

Thanks for any help anyone could provide as we are trying to plan for the next school year.

"Monthly fees cover the days students are required to be in school and include the ½ days at the end of the schoolyear. *We do not cover staff development days (1/2 or full days), Teachers Convention, ½ day before Thanksgiving and ½ day before winter recess. We are closed for all school holidays. If school is closed early due to emergency, Sunset will not be held. If all after school activities are cancelled due to weather, Sunset parents are asked to pick up their children as early as possible. On delayed-opening days there is no Sunrise.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a drop-in program. All students must be registered in a program for the number of days they wish to attend per week."

The program seems to offer more than most districts programs do...many districts do not offer a before school option and very few offer a summer program the Community School's program does offer both of those.
