Can anyone recommend a pool inspection company in Middlesex county? I know I can look online for one but was wandering if anyone had a good reco. We are in the process of trying to buy a house - the inground pool has some issues so we want to get inspected before proceeding.

Thanks in advance!

This guy knows his stuff and takes the time to fully explain how all the equipment works, and issues a comprehensive report.

It's a short sale so we have to do our own inspections ...I have never heard of the township getting involved in home sale?

I thought when a property sold, change of deed a Certificate of Occupancy was required, hence the township inspectors. Maybe that is new construction. Sorry.
