It looks like my husband is going to be working out of NY/NJ for the time being while we WAIT to sell our house here in FL.
I'm inquiring if anyone can refer me to someone with a clean, reasonably priced, pet friendly, rental home available for 7-11 days over Xmas break. I would prefer something no further south than Brick. We may have some friends from NY visit, but we primarily need sleeping space for 3 people (including our 8-yr old son). Therefore, even a 1 BR bungalow would work for us.
i have a friend who has a place in point pleasant, a few houses from the ocean (i know that doesn't matter too much in the winter ), but i'm not sure if they rent it out off-season, nor do i know if they use it during the holiday. i can ask though - would you be interested?
Yes, please speak with your friend when you have a chance. I still want to spend our holiday together as a family, and make my annual lasagna and stuff (yeah, chef of the future..for a day).
Any information you can find out would be greatly appreciated!

will do! i'll DM you with any info! my understanding is they pretty much remodeled the house - and others who have stayed there said it's beautiful.
You should have no problem. Try Craigslist as many of the homes will be available.
