It seems like most of Paulus hook has electric only used for heat, cooking etc and im interested in what this might cost through the winter. Could someone give me some estimates for what i can expect in the winters and summers. i appreciate it varies on usage, but i'd really be grateful for some ballpark figures. Is 300/ month through the winter reasonable, or should i budget higher?
Thanks in advance

Not sure, because I don't have electric heat, but welcome to NJ. I work in that area, although I live far from there, and it's really nice. Great view of lower Manhattan and the rising WTC towers, too.
