Hi,
I make original artwork (modern, abstract landscapes, multiple canvases, acrylic, have had paintings in multiple art galleries in Virginia and online) and am looking to sell my paintings and jewelry somewhere around here, could someone please help me as to how I can market my work and where can I sell it? I live in Bridgewater.
Thanks

A bit of a drive for you, but you might check out Lambertville, NJ and New Hope, Pa.

Quite a few nice galleries, in these river towns, that showcase local artisans.

These 2 towns get tons of pedestrian traffic.

Also check the classifieds regularly in the newspapers. In the spring and fall, especially, there are often a lot of flea markets or bazaars, some large, some small, and the organizers are always looking for people to take a table or a space. You usually pay a set fee for the space.

I also seem to recall that a few months back (which would be the fall) there was a big arts and crafts show at Allaire State Park. Here's the website for Allaire:

Monmouth County Tourism Allaire State Park & Allaire Village

Also, here is something in Red Bank for artists:

There's a lot of galleries and boutiques in other towns that you might be able to market to as well. Frenchtown, Lambertville, Flemington, Clinton, Reg Bank, maybe Spring Lake, if you are up for longer drives try Cape May, or the Cowtown Flea Market.
