Hi! I would recommend South Plainfield (New Jersey) for a place to live.
The population is @22,000, and it is a friendly community, convenient to
stores and shopping centers and restaurants. It is convenient to
Route 22, Route 287 and Routes 1/9. The Edison Metroplex train station
is only 5 miles away. Newark Airport is only 1/2 hour drive. The Jersey
shore (beaches) are 30-45 minutes away. The "small town" feeling is
very easy to adjust to and safe, low crime. I went to school there, and
enjoy visiting. The Geary Park Estates off of Plainfield Avenue is a
wonderful neighborhood to live in. It is a development of 110 homes.
I hope this information encourages anyone thinking of moving to the
Middlesex County area!
