Thanks for asking... It took a long time to get there plus the bus is expensive... either that or the light rail to path.... This place looks like it is walking distance to the path... the place was nice but I don't have all that money for the bus, then my monthly subway card at $104... ugh....

Its not really a safe area , if your looking to cut costs look into a Apartment in Harrison,NJ. Which has a PATH station and numerous bus routes to NYC. Its quiet at night and crime is pretty low. There transforming the Industrial area , so its a bit messing in that part of town but in the older section its nice.

Go to Harrison, Montgomery and Monticello was horrendous in the 70's and probably 100 times worse now.

how it it 100x's worse. crime is down all over the city. Not safe, just down to a good level. That area is not safe though and didn't follow the trend of crime spiraling down.
