That's odd since H&R block already refunded me. You can also file for free through the Fed IRS website---no need for H&R Block or Turbo Tax:

You got it (federal return) because you probably didn't claim any deductions.

IRS has delayed processing until February 14 of all electronic and paper returns for those taxpayers claiming the following deductions:

Education Expenses
Tuition and Fees Deduction
General Sales Tax
Itemized Deductions
Casualties and Thefts
District of Columbia First-Time Homebuyer Credit
General Business Credit
First-Time Homebuyer Credit and Repayment of the Credit
Alcohol and Cellulosic Biofuel Fuels Credit
Qualified Electric and Plug-in Electric Vehicle Credit
Alternative Motor Vehicle Credit
Qualified Plug-in Electric Drive Motor Vehicle Credit

I can't file my taxes until the 14th due to the new tax laws signed at the last minute last year.

Congratulations!
I only received my last 1099-B a couple of days ago.
Brokerage houses can legally wait until February 15th to mail out some types of 1099s, and many of them do drag the process out.

If all of your mutual funds and brokerage accounts sent all of your 1099s by early January, you should consider yourself very lucky!
