Is there any areas in South Jersey that wouldn’t be too bad commuting to Horsham, PA? I’ve been doing some research myself and it doesn’t seem like it. From the looks of things it’s an hour plus commute to work no matter what.

I commute from Cinna/Moorestown to Abington and it takes 25 minutes in the morning and 35 in the afternoons. Add another 10 minutes for Horsham.

Thats actually not bad, what time are you leaving though. My schedule is 7 to 3:30 pm so hopefully it wouldn't be too bad.

I DO leave very early so there is no traffic at all in the morning. A little after 5 am. 14 miles one way for me. Maybe 18-19 or so for you

Burlington Twp. Florence, Bordentown area, maybe between exit 47-52, should be within 30-35 mins. I've driven on I-295 to Exit 52B and taken that road (forgot the name) until it reaches 130, and make a Left and there is the Turnpike entrances for both PA and NJ Turnpikes. Keep in mind the PA Turnpike exit on the Right, NJ is on the Left, and the separation happens very quickly. I've missed it once when there was sun glare, and somebody in a SUV was monopolizing the road in a rush, and I winded up on NJ Turnpike.

There are nice homes around there. Actually Horsham isn't too bad as it can be done in under one hour even from Mt.Laurel.

Now, getting from Mt. Laurel to Malvern can be difficult.

Is there any reason why you're set on NJ? It would be much easier to live in Bucks County PA if you are working in Horsham. With that being said, it would probably be best to live close to NJ turnpike if you do live in NJ. As avg12 said, Burlington Twp, Florence, and Bordentown would be your best bets and probably keep your commute to around 30min or so. Mount Laurel is do-able as well. I can routinely drive from my house in Mt. Laurel to the Willow Grove exit (Route 611) on the turnpike in 45 minutes leaving at 7am and returning at 5:30pm (driving at about 75mph).

Planning on getting married and my fiance' is originally from NJ doesn't want to give up her ties there. She also has a medical condition that doesn't allow her to drive. I've been trying to find a happy medium so that I can keep my job and she can keep hers in Camden, NJ and still be close to her family. It's been kind of a struggle.

Look at a town near the Riverline train that goes right into Camden then. Easy trip for her.
