thanks everyone for your helpful replies. We looked at all of them and based on my affordability and distance to my wife's office, we selected a 2BR apt at Allison. Hopefully we made the right decision will be moving there in 1st week of feb...

I think you will love it there. My five-year stay at Allison was really exceptional, and I am considering moving back. Best of luck to you, and best wishes.

P.S. I'm jealous out here in Kansas :-(
