I too have been very happy with TD (started with Commerce and just stayed with them). The only negative change I've seen is that they now charge a fee for using a non-TD ATM, but most banks were doing that already long before they started. I don't have any fees for my checking account or anything else beyond the ATM fee, and I get around that by using my ATM card at CVS, Shoprite, etc and getting cash back. I love their online banking, to me it's very user friendly. When I first took over my Mom's finances, she had Wells Fargo, and I hated them. Their online bill pay took 2 weeks to get a check to a payee and the space to write in a new payee was often to small to fit the whole name. The things I love about TD are the very convenient hours, the fact they have customer restrooms in the lobby, the coin change machine, and of course, the PENS. I don't know what anyone did for pens before TD, as everywhere I go I seem to be handed a TD bank pen to sign my credit card slip, etc. I too grab a few every time I go, which is probably why they now have ATM fees, lol. There customer service has always been great to me, and when my debit card got hacked and used to buy a $2500 airline ticket to Chile (I suspect a gas station I used the card at the day before), TD put my money back in the account the next morning.
