We got married at the Mount Washington Hotel on the porch. (aka the South Veranda) We only had about 90 people, so 150 might not fit. The reception was in the 2nd dining room. (I'm not sure what they call it, but its a smaller room off the main dining room)
We had also considered the boat "the Mount Washintgton" out of Wolfboro. They still do weddings. Functions & Charters

My sister got married the day before Christmas, many years ago, but she got married in our local church and then had the reception at Alpine Grove (I think).
Does anyone know if the The Williams Barn still hosts weddings? Or who to contact about the location?
