Hi out there! I grew up in NH, and currently live in the Midwest. I'm strongly considering moving back to NH, am am looking for a good place to live in Southern NH. I'm a single woman in her late 30's...does anyone have any suggestions for me? Where are the good places to live that are reasonable and good places to work? Thank you for your help!

lots of good places in southern NH - what sort of work do you do?

Usually, the best thing is to get the job, and then look around the commuting area for where you want to live.

What do you consider reasonable? You could move to my building in Manchester, pay between 1,000-1300 a month for a heated apartment most with washer and dryer, 6 to 16 floors above the city with enclosed parking, and I would get a referral discount. Into office work? Several prospective employers nearby.

I have a marketing background, however, at this point, I'm keeping my options open--it doesn't have to be in marketing--yes, I would consider office work. Does anyone know anything about Timberland? Reputable company to work for? $1300 a month? That's what I'mpaying for a mortgage right now in MN--pretty nice apartments I would guess? Thank you for your help!

That's the one thing the midwest has going for it. I moved from Ohio and the rental and real estate costs are much higher here. If that includes it will be a basic apt, nice but not luxury.
