Not a bad area at all. You pass the local Home Depot and pass the soccer fields to get there. You won't be walking anywhere except around the subdivision though.

It could be...I know it runs right behind the backyard on some houses. Can anyone that lives there elaborate?

Also, seems pretty close to the interstate. I guess these factors would explain the "affordability" of the homes?
