Lots of restaurants in Murfreesboro. I'm not a business person, so I can't tell you what the economic climate is like, but there will be plenty of competition from Bonefish Grill, which is only about a mile from the Avenue.

Bonefish Grill is kind of Pricy and imo, not that good. A good fresh seafood restaurant would do good,

I totally agree. I'm not that fond of seafood, but my 7 year old daughter loves crab legs and lobster. Yes, we know she's going to be a veeeerrrry expensive date someday! Right now, our seafood choices are limited to Bonefish Grill - expensive and Red Lobster - yuck!

Bonefish gets their fish flown in daily IIRC. What do want them to do, catch it out of the Stones River?

Bonefish is one of my favorite restaurants. I don't see why there couldn't be another seafood place here though.

I can't stand seafood, so I'm just going to sit back and enjoy the debate!

Of course not. I went to the one in Brentwood, and it was just not my favorite seafood restaurant. There is a excellent one in Nashville, non chain, but near the Airport. It's out of the way for me, and futher from Murfreesboro, Florida Seafood Kitchen, where the fish is flown in from Florida. Its also not as Pricy.
I'll be in the Boro tomorrow, checking on an Apt that my daughter will be moving into pre fall semester At MTSU.
