Coming down in late May to pick up a couple nieces in Lawrenceburg. I'll be using I-65 coming in from Kentucky, taking a couple connects on 24 & 40 and then back to 65 to eventually hook up on 43. At least that's what Mapquest tells me.

It's a weekday trip but we probably won't hit the Nashville area till maybe eight or nine in the evening. Any construction ongoing, anything planned that might tie me up or throw me off? Haven't been down that way in maybe fifteen years or so.

It shouldn't be that bad at eight in the evening. A day or two before you come through, look at the TDOT work schedule (they list that on that website), or ask one of us to look it up for you.

I created, as a hobby, a traffic web page I use to view all I-65 Traffic Cameras at a time. You scroll down through the cameras, they start on the northern side of Davidson County and go south through Nashville and into Williamson County. I, also, have web pages for the other interstates in town.

I created the site to view more than one camera at a time, which is what can be done on TDOT's web site. The "Google" search engine logged the site and it gets about 12,000 page views a months. I, also, created pages for other cities I travel through.

Unless TDOT is having network problems, the cameras will update once every three minutes.

I hope this will be of some help to you when you travel this way..

Have a great rest of the weekend,

Buzz
