Speaking of crime. Calling a neighborhood a "hood" and not actually living there is a good way to get your ***** kicked in said neighborhood . Just a heads up

I doubt if Nashville is a place to define a hood by an area code or a zip code. You may try. Maybe go by city council district if you want to waste time that way.

Somewhat depends what crimes you are looking for. Violent crime, murders? DUI. Drugs. Traffic?

No kidding! They will ticket runners who run on the wrong side of the road or bikers who don't put a foot down at stop signs.

That term "projects" is going to mean many things. Cabrini Green in Chicago is a housing project where you literally put your life at rick whenever you leave your house. Here where I live is a housing project called Elizabeth Park that while it is low income assisted housing, also almost exclusively black, and the residents there are diligent in their block watch. Since it was renovated about 10 years ago, there has been a very strong shift in mindset and a visible sense of pride in the new buildings. Sure it still has the element that every low income area has, but it is not as prevalent as it used to be.

So "project" is kind of ambiguous.

What I'm trying to say is that I want you guys to help me make the map by telling me the bad areas...My map isn't finished yet at all.

The reason for me doing this is to help people stay away from high crime areas when visiting or moving to the city to stay safe. I'm talking about high crime areas.
