The bus may still work for that area. The bus leaves 2 min after train arrives at station.

Mt. Juliet. The difference is night and day, but so is the housing cost.

To be honest, if you are considering lavergne.... you should definitely consider looking within antioch as well.

I would throw Bellevue in the mix as well. Similarly priced homes at Mt Juliet. The traffic is better getting into downtown than anywhere else. Crieve Hall would also be a near town option, although it will be more expensive than any of the places mentioned on a price/sq ft basis.

Between La Vergne and Mt Juliet I would choose Mt Juliet. I would also strongly recommend trying the Music City Star. I-40 in and out of downtown can be a bear. I've been on the Music City STar and it is nice. The buses are timed to leave immediately after arrival and before departure.

Meh, on Bellevue. Cheaper than Mt. Juliet but older housing stock.

Titanspreds, you must hate Bellevue!

There are plenty of new construction areas in Bellevue. More and more everyday...just like every other part of town.

I would definitely go with Mt. Juliet between those three. If you haven't looked at Franklin/Bellevue, you should.

A lot of the newer Bellevue stock is out off of McCrory Ln.

There's also some nice stuff near Old Harding/Temple/Sneed and Hwy 100 near the Trace...of course that would technically be Pasquo, but you can hardly tell the difference these days.

I have heard that I would not find something in the range I want to look at for Franklin. We are looking around 250 - 300 currently.

I have a co-worker who lives in the Crieve Hall area, he said it is older homes though. We are looking for more of the subdivisions with homes that arent older.

Hey 93civ. I just wanted to let you know that Bellevue and Franklin are two sepetate areas that are 10-15 miles apart from each other. Franklin is much nicer, but more expensive. I would personally prefer Crieve Hall. Bellevue is similar to Hermitage/Donelson if you need a comparison.
