Hi Everyone!

I'm trying to make a decision between moving to Cool Springs/Franklin area or Bellevue area. I've read all the posts, but I'm specifically wondering if anyone has any advice on choosing between The Venue at Cool Springs or Colonial Grande in Bellevue. CG is cheaper and more rural, which I think is nice, but the Venue just seems like a MUCH nicer area! I'm so torn - any thoughts??

The Venue is a VERY nice area, although it is a very busy area that will get busier over the next several years.

The Venue is only a couple years old and convenient to most anything you want. It is almost across the street from the Nissan North American HQ and next door to the Jackson National Life HQ. I would choose Venue over Bellevue.

Where do you/will you work? That would drive my choice.

Really depends on what you are looking for. The CG is closer to the Warner parks, Cheekwood, and probably Radnor Lake. That area around McEwan is going to be really busy - lots of building going on in that area. Mallory Lane at lunchtime is awful, and at Christmas, forget it! Suspect Carothers will eventually be the same, I think. That said, you can't really go wrong either place. Just depends on your lifestyle! I have had friends live and Colonial Grande who liked it very much.

Oh yeah, CG is closer to Graceland!

The CG depends if you want a gated community near Warner Park & over a hill to the Kroger US70S & Old Hickory shopping area. It is next to the CSX track to Memphis. The nearby crossings are all private so not too sure how much a horn may blow.

For the price there are too many apartments along US70S & Old Hickory to compare it too.
