These posts...smh

OP I relocated to Nashville 4 years ago from South Chicago. I have lived in Franklin, South Nashville and Antioch. Every area is what you make it, but I can tell you I am happiest in Antioch. My children are doing well in school, they have teachers who care, I am actively involved, and I live in a subdivision that I love and my children are safe.

Everyone has their opinions about different cities, but from someone who relocated to Nashville from Chicago; It's best to do little research on here, and find your own way when you get there.

Everyone deterred me from Antioch talking about crime and how bad it is. I went to Antioch and have yet to find the hoopla about why it is not a good place to live. To each their own.

Good Luck!

Bad area's are relative. I can't speak for Chicago but on paper it makes DC and Baltimore look good but I can tell you bad area in Baltimore might be considered good area of DC. So always keep that in mind.

Thanks
Robert
