Could anyone give an opinion of Brentwood, TN? What's there to do there? Any descriptions of area would be appreciated. Thanks!

Most of the people in Brentwood have a relatively high income. The houses are large and expensive. There is upscale shopping at Cool Springs and lots of family oriented stuff to do, restaurants, as well as a number of very large churches. It's in Williamson County, but in some ways it's like a suburb of Nashville. Traffic to and from Brentwood can be heavy at times, but it's still not too bad of a commute to Nashville. There is also a number of office parks in Brentwood.

Some people love Brentwood. Others think it's just a little bit snobbish. It's a popular place for people moving here from places like California and Michigan.

I'll add they have a great public library, larger lots than most area suburbs, Fresh Market, and more implants per capita than other Middle TN communities.

Kidding, people, kidding. Don't send me ugly messages. Some of my best friends live in Brentwood.

I saw OJ at the Starbucks there once. I ran away of course....not just because I'm white, but because my wife was with me

Other than that, I have some friends who live there and enjoy it very much. We visit often as it is quite a nice change of pace for us...... Very nice but a bit cosmopolitan for me to consider taking up permanent residence.

Keith and Nicole live in Nashville, not Brentwood. Off Hillsboro Road. Soon to be on their farm, I believe.

I just come through Brentwood during the New Year. It is a kind of aristocratic neighborhood. I also saw alot of business Corp headquarters around Marylands Way and Franklin Dr. Further down Marylands Way you run into some neighborhoods that much older. The YMCA looks state of the art and could compete with Gold's Gym any day!Nice area! I would love to live there, but being that I am a member of the bourgeoisie I can only imagine LOL and work extremely hard.

Ooops, sorry, akm. Maybe it was just that they'd been sighted in that area.
