Is this a good location for a bachelor party 30-40 year olds that love country music...

Never been "mid-westerners" looking for advice.

Just head for Broadway ("Lower Broad") and roam the honky-tonks. Music Row is mostly music industry offices and record companies.

the midtown/demonbreun area has a good nightlife scene that bump up against the end of Music Row....you're going to find more of a college/late 20s crowd there

Broadway for the honky tonks/touristy stuff

I would agree with the others. Nashville sounds like it could be a great bachelor party spot for you, but Music Row itself is not much of a destination. You could be fine staying at a "Music Row" hotel, though. (I'm not exactly sure what you were asking, specifically, so I tried to give broad answers here.)

Music row is mostly corporate offices. Better to be near Broadway, the Country Music Hall of Fame, Titans Stadium or Predators Arena for sports. At winter holiday time somewhere near the Ryman. The rest of the year near Opryland Hotel & Grand Ole Opry house.
