I'm seeking info on places to rent between Williamson County- Paris. Thanks for your help.

Those two places are nowhere near each other. More or less, 100 miles.

Is there a particular reason you are looking to live in between them?

And are you looking for a small town or a rural area?

My first suggestion would be the Dickson area. It's close to the interstate (I-40)...not overly far from Franklin (the center of Williamson County ~35 miles). Of course you would be ~65 miles from Paris in that case. The next option is Waverly, but then you would be an hour and a half from most of Williamson County.

Dickson was the the first place to came to mind for me as well.

Ashland City, maybe?

There just aren't very many populated areas between Henry and Williamson counties.

Yeah, the halfway point would be just west of Clarksville. Dover is a little closer to Paris.

I hope this isn't going to be a daily commute for you.

I think if Williamson Co. is the destination and not Nashville, then being closer to I-40 would be better. JMO.

Thanks for your input. Can any of you suggest a contact for short term rentals in Clarksville?

Husband will be working in Paris. I may be working in Nashville. Clarksville seemed like a good midpoint.

I'm not really knowledgeable on the details you're asking for. But I looked into Clarksville a year or two ago and rent there was higher than I expected. I think it's because of Fort Campbell. I'd be sure to look outside of Clarksville too. Look at the online classifieds in local newspapers and check Craigslist. Use google to find local apartments and realtors in the area.

People aren't really allowed to advertise here. That's probably why you haven't gotten more responses.
