Hey all!
I moved out to TN about a year ago to start a new job and am now looking for a place to live that's closer to the greater Nashville area (currently living in Murfreesboro). Trouble is, I'm having a hard time finding a place that would be a great fit, so I'm hoping someone out here may have some ideas to throw at me.
My job is in LaVergne right now, right off exit 64, so I'm trying to stay within decent commute distance of there...I'm used to about a 15 minute commute as is (can't complain at all!) so I'd like to stay within 20 miles of my exit . My search area is in a triangle from about the Briley/I-24 area over to about midtown, and up to east nashville around Trinity lane.
I guess I could also use this as a potential way to find a roommate as well if someone was looking and it ended up being a good fit, haha.
Must haves:
-under $1,200 for a 2 bed place (so $600 each not including utilities)
-off road parking
-washer/dryer hookups
-not in a ghetto area where the place/my car is going to get broken into regularly
Desires:
-2 full bathrooms, but 1.5 would be great as well
-the newer and nicer the better obviously...less things to repair =
-if an apartment complex, has a pool
Some info about me: 24 year old young professional white male w/gf, clean cut, neat, and tidy. Politically moderate, non-drug user or smoker. Non-confrontational and also not a big partier by any means. I'm a hobbyist musician and also really into fitness.

Nope, it's just me...she'll be living with one of her friends in east nashville. I'll be looking for another roommate for the other half of the rent, so $600 each, $1200 total..I'm more interested in finding a good place first before handling the other part. Thanks for the link, I'll check that out
