Hendersonville, Williamson County, Oakhill, Crieve Hall, Green Hills, those are all areas with good schools. You need to get pre - approved first to see what you can qualify for. We can't suggest lenders on this forum, I don't think. Most every lender is pretty competitive rate wise. You want to decide which area you are interested in and then find an agent who knows that market..good luck
