Looking to move to TN and figuerd out that Brentwood was too pricey. Franklin might be a little to high also. So I started looking more towards Mufreesboro, Lebanon, Fairview, and Hendersonville.....Can anyone give me their opinions on these cities? Schools? Travel times? Friendliness? Thanks

We live in Fairview. We moved from Florida to Fairview over a year ago. Fairview is in Williamson County which has the best school system in the state. Fairview is still very affordable. It is a short commute to Nashville and Franklin. We enjoy the area very much.

Yes, I heard Fairview is nice and a little remote. A heard Williamson county does have good schools also, but I heard that it is more on an individual basis. For exampe, Brentwood has the best schools then Franklin and it trickles down the line, but all in all Williamson county has the best.

I would like to know where places are going to explode...like Cool Springs. I would like to get in early enough so that the property that I purchase will appreciate at a good rate over the next 5-10 years. It seems like Fairview may have that potential, but are there other areas in central Tennessee that have a lot of planned construction where real estate will apperciate well?

Lebabnon lloked good becuase it is somewhat close to Nashville and you can still buy a house with land for a reasonable price. Any input woud be helpful...Thanks

If you are going to look for a place to explode then Wilson Co. is where you want to be. People are overcrowding Murfreesboro Hendersonville and Franklin and Lebanon is going to see alot of growth they now have a comuter train that runs from Lebanon to Nashville.

Default wilson county

Does wilson county have any major plans for building businesses or will it be more residential. It seems like south and east of Nashville will be all built up. Is anything happening west and north of NAshville?
