My husband and I are considering a move to the Nashville area to "Flip Houses" (he has been a builder for 13 plus years). We have heard that the real estate market is good and steady there, and are wondering if this is true? Does anyone have any experience in this area and could give us a little insight? Thanks!

Market softening
Sales started slowing this summer and have remained that way. Inventory is high, listings are taking longer to sell, and prices are down. Basically we're in a buyer's market. This will mean you're likely to find some great deals, but won't come out as well once you sell.
