I see on google earth that there's a huge parcel of undeveloped land just north of where Nawakwa Trail hits the Cumberland in Madison. It looks like there's an entrance to the land on Canton Pass. Does anyone know who owns this land or what it's used for? Always looking for good dog walking trails and nice places to explore particularly near the river.

Zoned vacant residential land. 22.02 acres. Valued at $132,800. Looks to be mostly scrub land. Looks like it's in a flood plain.

But it's private land.

If you want to know how to find specific data on such land, send me a DM. Metro records are public and gives the owners name/address...but I do not wish to post that data publicly on this site.

Edit:

Actually, there are two major tracts. The second one (to the south) is a bit larger (68.03 acres). Different owner.
