I lived in Tennessee for just over one year and was your age at that time. There were plenty of attractive women and they were very approachable (quite a bit different than Orlando where I now live). I think you'll like the dating scene in Nashville.

a. A young person; a child.
b. A young animal that has not reached sexual maturity.

I have two sons that are 30 and 26 and daughters that are 18 and 11 and I was young once. I think at 25 it is time to stop saying you are looking for a girl and if you want to have some success you might want to stop considering yourself five years out of childishness. Just a thought.

I'm just being facetious.

Anyways, as for the girl/guy ratios thing, I was saying that Seattle has more men than women.

Well, for every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 91.7 males in Nashville proper.

Nashville, Tennessee - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I couldn't find the ratio for Seattle. However, a 2006 study by UCLA indicated that Seattle has one of the highest LGBT populations per capita. With 12.9% of citizens polled identifying as gay, lesbian, or bisexual, the city ranks second of all major US cities, behind San Francisco and slightly ahead of Atlanta and Minneapolis. That would skew the findings, anyway.

I suspect the only way to know how well you will do in the dating scene is to take a chance and find out. Anecdotal evidence from our members won't help because they might not divulge their rude behavior or whatever.

I can tell you that people over here in Knoxville are super friendly and I suspect Nashville would be similar. Anyway, best of luck! You could do worse than to find a nice Southern gal!
