Are you wanting to custom build or looking for a tract developer? What price range and what part of Nashville. Each area has different builders - especially custom builders.

Capitol Homes- their homes are TERRIBLE.
Celebration Homes- nice designs
Southern Homes- not the biggest floorplans, but they're still ok.
Drees is probably the best..

We're interested in a new builder, too. Want to build in an established mature neighborhood (not a trac) Looking to do approx. 2000 sq feet, with architecture that will fit the neighborhood. Price range under $350K. Any suggestions for a reputable builder? Thanks!
