Which do you recommend?

Why or why not?

No one? I have a friend moving here and she needs a place to stay. She mentioned both of these places, but Ihave no idea what they are like since I live in Brentwood.

Please give some input if you know anything.

Thanks

We lived in Alara Farms for about a month before we moved into our house. I thought it was fine. We had a 2 bedroom. Thought it was spacious enough for our family of 4 and loved the convenient location to Cool Springs.

I visited a friend recently who is living in Dwell while their house is being built. They were originally at Alara but did not like it. Compared to Alara, Dwell makes Alara look like a dump, especially if you like the contemporary look. Their 3 bedroom had dark wood floors, granite counters, tall ceilings, and floor to ceiling windows plus single car garage. However a note of caution, I think some of the units were recently redone because of the May flood.

Are you sure it was Dwell? That would be weird if it flooded, unless they had grading issues and water seeped in that way.

My parents live near there and had no flooding at all.

Just making sure ...

Fair enough. I'm just repeating what my friend said.

No, I believe you. I just hadn't heard about flooding over there!

That would not be good news since those units are so new.
